These Terms govern your use of AdarshTradeX's services, memberships, and educational resources — read them before you subscribe.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a membership plan, or otherwise using AdarshTradeX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and subscriber. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.
2. Membership
A membership grants access to the following, depending on your plan:
- Daily performance reporting and published research
- The private, moderated Telegram community
- The educational course library (PDF guides and video courses)
- Any additional plan-specific benefits listed on the Pricing page
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. The table below summarizes what to expect:

| Failed payments | A failed payment does not activate or renew a subscription; you can retry the payment, and your account status reflects the last successful transaction |
4. Subscription Renewal
Each plan runs for its stated duration (e.g. 1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Your Dashboard's Subscription page includes an auto-renew preference, but no payment is ever charged automatically — reaching the end of your current period does not trigger a new charge, and continuing your subscription requires actively returning to checkout. Your Dashboard's Subscription page always shows your current plan, status, and next billing date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Once cancelled:
- Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for
- Telegram community access and course/download access are removed once that period ends
- Refund eligibility for a cancelled or unused subscription is described in the Refund Policy
6. Educational Content
PDF guides, video courses, and published research on this platform are educational in nature, intended to explain process and methodology. They are not personalized advice and should not be relied on as such.
7. Research Disclaimer
Investments and trading in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Published reports illustrate process and methodology, not investment recommendations. AdarshTradeX's founder holds the NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification issued by NISM — a knowledge certification, not a SEBI registration as a Research Analyst.
8. Intellectual Property
All reports, courses, PDF guides, video lessons, and other content published on AdarshTradeX remain the property of AdarshTradeX. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content — it does not grant you ownership of it, and it may not be copied, resold, or redistributed outside your own membership without permission.
9. User Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Use the Telegram community and platform respectfully, following the community's own conduct rules
- Not redistribute or resell paid content outside your own membership
- Make your own independent trading and investment decisions — see the Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure
10. Limitation of Liability
AdarshTradeX provides educational content and performance reporting on an "as is" basis, and does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, the accuracy of every published figure, or any trading outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdarshTradeX's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — including trading losses, platform downtime, or reliance on published content — is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using AdarshTradeX and cancel your subscription at any time (see Cancellation above). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms — including sharing paid content outside a membership, abusive conduct in the Telegram community, or fraudulent payment activity — with notice where practical. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability) continue to apply after your account is closed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AdarshTradeX will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over AdarshTradeX's place of business.
