Refund Policy
AdarshTradeX subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. This page explains the narrow exceptions, what's never refundable, and how cancellation works.

1. Overview
AdarshTradeX subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased — you're paying for time-based access to reports, courses, and the community, not a physical or returnable good. The only exceptions are described in Exceptions below (for example, a duplicate charge or a genuine billing/platform error), which our team reviews individually.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are one-time charges for a fixed plan duration (e.g. 1, 3, 6, or 12 months), charged in INR through Razorpay at the time you complete checkout. There is no automatic recurring charge — see Subscription Renewal in the Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Subscriptions are non-refundable by default. A refund is only considered in narrow exception cases — see Exceptions below — such as:
- A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge for the same plan
- A verified platform, billing, or payment-processing error that AdarshTradeX is responsible for
Where a refund is approved, it's issued for the full amount paid — there is no partial-refund option.
4. Non-refundable Items
The following are never eligible for a refund:
- Simply not using, or deciding not to continue using, a plan you purchased
- Any billing period that has already started
- Course content, downloads, or Telegram access once granted
- Promotional or discounted plans, where stated as non-refundable at checkout
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your subscription (see the Terms & Conditions) stops future access once your current, already-paid-for period ends. Cancelling does not create a refund for any part of that current period — the non-refundable policy above still applies.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it's issued back to your original payment method through Razorpay. We don't control or guarantee exactly how long your bank or card network takes to reflect it on your end — Razorpay and your payment provider's own settlement timelines apply, which can vary by payment method.
7. Payment Providers
All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment provider. Razorpay handles the movement of funds directly; AdarshTradeX never stores your card or bank details, and settlement timing on Razorpay's or your bank's side is outside our direct control.
8. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Documented technical failures that prevented you from accessing what you paid for
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges
- Other circumstances reviewed individually by our support team

Refund timeline

Payment Completed
Your subscription payment is confirmed through Razorpay.
- Step 2
Access Granted
Telegram community access and course/report access unlock immediately.
- Step 3
Non-refundable Once Used
Joining the community or accessing paid content makes the subscription non-refundable — see Non-refundable Items above.
- Step 4
Exceptions Reviewed Individually
Only a duplicate charge or a verified billing/platform error is considered, reviewed case by case by our support team.
- Step 5
Approved Exceptions Refunded
If an exception is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Important notice
AdarshTradeX subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. Joining the Telegram community or accessing paid content makes this final — the only exceptions are a duplicate charge or a verified billing/platform error, reviewed individually by our support team.
